Amazing product
I have been taking this product for years and always notice the difference in how well I sleep when I don't. I have seen many advantages but one has been a regular monthly cycle, something I spent many years not having.Goes Well With:Mixed into water or any drink really.

dermatillomania/dermotillomania
This works for dermatillomania, trichotillomania and other body-focused repetitive behaviours and OCD-like symptoms. You have to work up to taking 3 tsp morning and night, but it does actually work very well. However, I wish it was sold over the counter here and I didn't have to order it online (12 bags at a time!). It's also quite expensive and should be sold in high doses as an actual prescription medicine but isn't (yet). For this purpose, it would also be better if it was in pill form because the doses are so high. It does make you a bit more inclined to eat sugar I think, as it is a sugar and sugar in general is addictive, and it also makes you fart, but it is still worth it. You can't stop picking your skin by going to CBT or by trying to stop or by controlling it with your mind. If you take this, it all stops almost instantly. It's a brain disorder not a weakness of your character. (Also it should come without that stupid tiny pointless scoop, that's just a waste of plastic.)
