Great Product
Have used in both a blender and a shaker and it has mixed well with no bad taste. Great recovery and energy at the moment so will get this product again.

Essential recovery supplement
OK this stuff is a must post workout to minimise DOMS, boost recovery and get you back on the squat rack as soon as possible! The downside (as with all Leucine supplements) are that the powder is very fine, so hydrophobic and unflavoured it is not the best tasting. Better to stack in some flavoured L Glutamine or Creatine and you are good to go.Goes Well With:Anything with flavour!
