Keeping the tape measure level, measure under you arms around the fullest part of your bust.

Waist

Keeping the tape measure level, measure around your natural waistline, usually just above the navel.

Lower Hips

Keeping the tape measure level and standing with feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
