Huge bag

I have only been using this amino acid for a week or so based on a study that has shown it helps with eczema. It's too early to say whether it helps with eczema, but I can review the powder itself. The bag is very large for the amount of product inside. Because of the fine grind, a lot of the powder sticks to my hand when I try to get the scoop out. The taste is fairly horrible. As someone who doesn't normally take supplements, I made the mistake of mixing it into a litre of water the first time I used it. I had to add lemon juice to make the chug tolerable. I recommend juice or a smoothie. The delivery was timely and the contents were correct.

Goes Well With:

Strongly flavoured juice or smoothie.
