Essential BCAA 4:1:1 tablets — our highest-strength amino-acid supplement, with a ratio of 4:1:1 of leucine, isoleucine, and valine — these naturally occur in in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle.2
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is a food supplement and therefore should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place, out of the reach of young children (danger of suffocation in case of swallowing).

Tasty and simple
Exactly what they appear to be - creatine, sugar and lemon flavour. Chewable, not chewy - more of a chalky texture, but in a good way. A good way to make sure you are getting your creatine every day. Not calorie free, mind you. Will definitely be ordering again.Goes Well With:Water

Too much packaging
Love the taste and how easy they are to chew and take, however, I will not be purchasing again due to each tablet being individually wrapped, too much unnecessary packaging. If they were loose in the bag then I would buy again

Great taste and easy to take
I wanted something I didn't have to mix into my pre or post workout shakes and these are perfect. I find tablets uncomfortable to take and so chewing these were a great option.
