  • Product Overview

    What is Creatine Gluconate?

Creatine Gluconate is a molecule of creatine bonded to a molecule of glucose. When these two molecules are combined, the result is a form of creatine that is absorbed in much the same way as glucose. This means an advanced amount of creatine can arrive at your muscle, increasing all the usual benefits of normal creatine.

    Creatine Gluconate Benefits

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. With Creatine Gluconate, the glucose molecules act as your transportation system giving you an increased absorption of creatine in to the muscle.

Who is Creatine Gluconate Suitable for?

Creatine Gluconate is ideal for anyone taking part in successive bouts of short-term, high intensity exercise, and is looking to increase overall performance and recovery.

The dietary choices of all our customers are extremely important to us. Whilst this product is manufactured using ingredients and processing aids suitable for the vegan diet, please note that dairy powders are also used within the same production facility and cross contamination may occur at very small levels.

Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

Excellent product

Good price per kg compared to other places, and quick delivery with tracking. There is a study showing creatine gluconate gets into cells via the glucose transporter (Creatine salts provide neuroprotection even after partial impairment of the creatine transporter. Adriano et al. Neuroscience. 2017 Jan 6; 340: 299–307. doi: 10.1016/j.neuroscience.2016.02.038) which means it may be a treatment for the rare disease of creatine transporter deficiency, which I may have, and also will be better absorbed, and taken up into muscles for body builders. We have 14 different glucose transporters on cell membranes in different organs in the body, but only 1-2 creatine transporters, so it makes sense why creatine gluconate is so much better than monohydrate.
Goes Well With:
Water. Possible treatment for the disease creatine transporter deficiency.
