4I've been on this stuff for about 7 to 9 months now and i've seen alot of improvement with muscle gain. Goes Well With:I only take it with water because I don't really care what it taste like

5Creatine that mixes well, has no taste and works effectively. I mix in shakes, coffee, oats and dont even know its there.

Creatine works well
5The Creatine Monohydrate mixes well and doesn't clump up after opening the package. No offensive taste and good value for money. The pouch that it comes in though doesn't reseal well so I had to transfer into a jar. A trivial issue to be honest. Will def buy again.

Unflavoured creatine not unflavoured
1There must have been an issue with the batch of unflavoured creatine I received - there is an off-putting sweet taste. Can't mix it with any coffee/teas without it tasting very strange. Have previously bought the unflavoured version with no problems. Also, a 5g serving size would be more in line with the evidence.
