During the transition from UK to Australian product labels, you may notice some changes to our product names and label layout.
With the labelling of the UK product "Gluten-Free Oats," this product will transition to a new Australian name "Low Gluten Oats", to comply with Australian regulations.
"Oats contain avenin, which is a protein similar to Gluten. Research has shown that most people with coeliac disease can tolerate gluten-free oats with no problems. The issue is that sometimes oats are produced in the same place as wheat, barley and rye, and then become contaminated with these other grains. A very small number of people with coeliac disease may still be sensitive to Gluten-Free, uncontaminated oat products.” In the UK uncontaminated oats that test at 20 parts per million (ppm) Gluten or less may be labelled ‘Gluten-Free’, however in Australia, the same product tested to meet the 20mg per 100g (equivalent to 20 parts per million) limit can only be labelled as 'Low Gluten'.
Please note, the oats contained in these products are analysed and tested by an external laboratory to ensure they meet the legislated limit of gluten, to confirm that there has been no cross-contamination with other grains.

Report this reviewQuick Oats
Love how easy it is to pop some oats either in the microwave for a quick warm breakfast or a handful in a bowl with some fruit and nuts with cashew milk as a healthy quick muesli.

Buy these now, I have a server gluten allergy and struggle to find the suitable pats that won’t make me sick. I use them for protein oats, protein pancakes and in other baking and they have out done themselves. They are instant oats not normal oats but still work the same. I recommend these to anyone with Coeliac disease
Report this reviewAwesome low gluten option!
Love these oats! My dad and I have a gluten intolerance but find these ones ok to have! Goes Well With:Great for brekkie or to use in baking!!
Report this reviewbest oats!
I am so happy that i found these oats, it’s so hard to find gluten free oats in Australia and they taste great! I highly recommend these to those with gluten and wheat allergies/intolerances
Report this reviewFantastic Product
At the time of purchase, it was quite difficult to find gluten-free oats down under here in Australia, as the usual brands were either sold out or not available (including online from the usual large US sites). When I saw these oats go on sale at an amazing price I decided to take a punt and grab 2 x 5kg bags. And boy am I glad I did. My main concern from some of the reviews here was that they were going to be too fine and dust like. I found this to be not the case at all. In fact, the cut appears to be identical to the other major brand starting with "Bob's...". All in all, Myprotein gluten-free oats have just the right texture, work well in baking, cook up amazing, and taste fantastic. Will definitely be buying again once we've got through this first 10kg.Goes Well With:As an ingredient in black bean veggie patties.
Report this reviewNot Rolled Oats
These are finely cuts oats such that they are powder like when mixed in with other gluten free cereals. Cheap yes but not what I ordered. Probably closer to a quick oat. If you stop cutting them so fine, let me know and I will buy more otherwise I am going elsewnere.
Report this review100% Gluten Free Oats
I am so happy my husband found the MYPROTEIN site while looking up gluten free products for me. It was very easy to order, following the prompts. The site is well set up and simple to navigate. I ordered my Gluten free oats and they arrived not too long after. They were very well packaged and undamaged. These oats are beautiful, so creamy for my morning porridge and as I am super sensitive to even the tiniest amount of gluten, I can attest to the fact that they are definitely gluten free. I am extremely happy with my purchase! Thanks.
Report this reviewGreat oats
Love the whole rolled oats. They are tasty and really good value - especially when you shop during one of the sales. Goes Well With:I have the rolled oats with rice milk, LSA, chia and pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon. Sometimes I sprinkle a spoon of my favourite protein powder in with the oats. Delicious and satisfying!
