Good quality gel
As an endurance runner I've tried all the gels and these are really easy to consume on long runs. Tasty and effective

These gels are great tasting and great value. They go down really easy being not too thick and are not sweet. On the tech side, the ingredients stack up similar to most gels having carbs, electrolytes and vitamins. My new "go to" gel!
