Good product
This is a good product, make sure you check with what other supps you're taking though. Maybe don't have this as well as B vitamins. It helps you lose weight. And gives you a fair to good pump. But like all supplements you have to earn them, meaning you won't see the full effects unless your diet is in check as well as your workouts. Goes Well With:Water..... heck put some peanut butter on them if you want ???? They're pills lol.
