Our Packaging
We've gone through an exciting redesign, and as we step into a new era, you'll see fresh packaging in your orders. Change is a good thing. But change takes time. Especially when you make change responsibly.
Because we don't believe in wasting perfectly good packaging - that would go against our sustainability pledge - you might get a mix of old and new designs inside your orders.
Rest assured, it's still the same consistently high-quality product, just as you'd expect. If you happen to receive classic packaging, know that your order is helping to reduce waste. And if you receive anything with a fresh look, you're one of the first, and we'd love to hear what you think.
- 62g carbs per serving

- Low in sugar
- Excellent source of fibre
Nutritional information may vary depending on flavour.
With a huge 62g of carbs per serving it’s the perfect fuel2 to start your day — whether you’re on a morning run, or your 6am gym session.
And, with 11g of protein, from all-natural oat-flour, helping to grow and maintain important muscle1 — it’s a great way to kick-off your daily intake.
1.Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass
2. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Chocolate tastes like chemicals
As others have mentioned, unflavoured is good, but chocolate one tastes like chemicals. Do not buy. Also just ignored my support email.

vanilla is completely inedible
love the unflavoured version, got vanilla as it was cheap and what could possibly go wrong? can't even describe the taste, texture etc or how it was so different to unflavoured bc it makes no sense. sickly sweet, tastes nothing like vanilla and more like a weird chemical concoction. whenever i used them in oatmeal or baking it took on an odd slimy texture that never occurred with the unflavoured oats. ended up binning the entire bag as nothing i had tried could make it remotely palatable. stick with the unflavoured version and flavour it to your taste and i promise you will enjoy it far more. Goes Well With:the trash

Perfect for breakfast
It’s super nice! I always eat baked oats as a breakfast. It’s already powdered so easy to cook and calories are good. And it’s cheap ! I’m appreciate it.

The chocolate flavour powdered oat tasted like chemical and disgusting...thrown away
I bought chocolate flavour powdered oat and it turned out to be a very regretful decision. The taste was a lot worse than natural chocolate flavour protein. It tasted like kind of chemical and I couldn't finish one cup. I got a family member to try it and they almost vomited. Why someone invented such a kind of flavour? I threw the whole bag in the bin, what a waste.

Very Useful
Taste: I got the unflavoured one so it tastes like plain oatmeal. However you can add your own ingredients to make your own flavours. Mixability: I recommend using a shaker/blender to mix the oatmeal, otherwise the oats would just stick together like a clump of wet sand. Effectiveness: It really helps when it comes to consuming more calories (especially with milk) and carbs. It is a regular part of my diet now. Overall: A very useful product and the pricing for the unflavoured version is great.Goes Well With:The powdered oats mixes well with water or milk. Adding it with protein powder in you shake is amazing and it can taste like the oats are not even there in the first place.
