Bakers Delight
5I ordered this flour after doing a search for healthy muffins that didn't contain wheat flour. I have to say that I have been able to bake the most delicious and filling banana muffins with it. Great as part of a healthy diet!

Powdered Oats with a twist
5This is a great product it mixes well and the taste for me is great. I do not heat, I love it better cold..Goes Well With:Cold liquid. Absolutely amazing with skim milk and the my protein 100% maltodextrin carbs.

5It's powder, not flakes. That caught me out. Useful for shakes if you want control over your ingredients.Goes Well With:Soy protein isolate.

Definitely recommend
5I've just tried these for the first time with soy milk as an afternoon preworkout snack. They taste amazing with my protein peanut butter and toffee flav drops. However, if microwaving with milk, definitely don't need as long as normal porridge and it went quite overdone quicker than my normal oats. The texture was amazing, not lumpy at all like normal oats. I only had one scoop and recommended amount is 2.5 scoops but one scoop filled me up loads. Will definitely buy again.Goes Well With:My Protein Peanut Butter & Toffee Flavdrops.

Easy mix good taste
5The key comparison between myprotein instant oats and my usual brand is the mixability. They mix beautifully with up to 3 scoops of wpc, taste great and the price is unmatchable. When you add one of the big sales (40%) it was one of the best buys I've ever made. Great product great company.Goes Well With:Whey protein
