4Honestly I was skeptical about a mug cake that was less then 200 calories & 25g protein. I thought surely that's going to be hard to get right. But yet I'm pleasantly surprised. It's definitely not as cakey and an average chocolate cake but it is still extremely yummy & I'm loving it 😋 Goes Well With:Fro pro salted caramel I ice cream 🍦

5The salted caramel mug cake is next level! I love to add banana and a tiny bit of yoghurt or protein ice cream to mine it’s as good as a desert plus high in protein 🤩Goes Well With:Fruit, yoghurt, protein ice cream, low sugar sauces

5Very impressed. Definitely need to play a bit with recipe to create a fluffier cake as others have said but 10/10 taste. I personally don’t like the fake sweetener taste and this cake is just sweet enough to feel like a treat. I had mine with fresh strawberries and some vanilla ice cream and felt likeI was eating a real desert - which is definitely a win when you’re cutting! Love love LOVE!Goes Well With:Cream or ice cream and fresh strawberries

4I was skeptical getting a mug cake as I’ve made some disasters before, but this was awesome! I mixed 50g mug cake mix with 70ml water and a splash of water to loosen it up - in the microwave for 50 seconds and it was divine! It’s not overly sweet so I added some SF maple syrup on top which took it to that next level Goes Well With:Halo top ice cream, and some SF maple

My tips for this super yummy cake!
5I had to experiment with this mug cake mixture a little bit to get the consistency, fluffiness and texture that I like but I feel I’ve mastered that. Rather than adding 70ml of water, I’ve been adding 100ml of water and found the mixture being a bit more runny has allowed the cake to be fluffier and to rise more. And when using milk, I would continue with 70ml as the milk does make it heavier so if you want the cake fluffier I would just use water. But the milk does bring out the richness of the chocolate more so be careful with how much milk you use :) I would also recommend using a bigger and wider mug as the cake does expand and rise quite a bit; which I LOVE as eating bigger portions makes me feel I’m eating so much more than I actually am. Goes Well With:Goes sooo well with fresh strawberries and a light cream; makes such a nice sweet, fresh and amazing desert!

Absolutely delicious
5Just tried it today for the first time, absolutely delicious. Very cakey and goes perfect some ice-cream. Quite impressed with the macros for something so yummy! Takes 40 seconds in the microwave, super convenient for a dessert after dinner. Goes Well With:Icecream, syrup

Amazing And full of protein!
5I'm on a low calorie diet right now and this is an amazing find! It hits the right spot for something sweet and different to a protein shake. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a change in their diet and miss cakes (while not spending too much calories). As others have said, play around with the recipe and adjust water accordingly. Goes Well With:Different types of jams go well. The MyProtein Strawberry jam pairs well if you want another low cal topping.

pretty good purchase
4the caramel flavour is very nice. was very dry the first few times but after experimenting a few times I found out adding more liquid makes the texture much better.
