- SUGGESTED USE: Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and is necessary for tissue building and repair. Mix 30g (approx. 1 1/4 scoops) with 250ml of water or milk, shake and consume 30 minutes before bed. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
