Good value carb source
I mix these in my Ketogains pre-workout, which consists of black coffee, MCT oil, WPI and some cacao powder. Gives me all the energy I need to train at 6am when I don’t want a lot of food in my stomach.Goes Well With:TKG pre-workout coffee.
