I LOVE IT
I am from Colombia and the water change from my country to Australia was difficult. I bought this product because I was feeling dehydrated. Headaches and cramps were becoming part of my days. Once I started to use the electrolyte powder and began with my gym routine, everything changed. Now I do not have headaches or cramps. I feel more energetic and well.

Actually fixed my exercise cramps
Mixed with some ACV and Carolina reaper powder (homemade) for a bracing shot glass sized tonic. First time ever I haven't had leg cramps whilst running. Three days in a row now and hopeful this does the trick. Totally recommend this supplement!Goes Well With:Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice
