Love inulin and it has become part of my daily routine. Mixes easily with water or favourite smoothie. I use it for its fibre benefits keeping things regular and have found I also have so much more energy maybe all the other inked benefits are kicking in too.  Will continue to use this product and in fact have just ordered more. Highly recommend this product and my protein shop for great customer service and products.

I was surprised it is a white powder that has no taste so it can be added to any drink conveniently. Dosing sweet spot seems to be 2 scoops.

So far so good. I feel better, am able to get around more easily, riding my bicycle further and more often, and my blood pressure has fallen noticeably. The product is tasteless, which is the best I could hope for because it mixes well with my usual breakfast muesli. Maybe this improvement is not entirely due to the Inulin, but I rather think it has helped a great deal. I will certainly bring it to the attention of my doctors.
