Because we don't believe in wasting perfectly good packaging — that would go against our sustainability pledge — you might get a mix of old and new designs inside your orders.

- SUGGESTED USE: Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and is necessary for tissue building and repair. To reap the benefits we recommend 1 scoop (24.1g) mixed with 300-400mL cold water in a Myprotein shaker and consume before, during and/or after sustained strenuous exercise. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
