And, with just 0.1g of fat, 0.3g of sugar, and less than 90 calories per shake, it’s the perfect way to stay hydrated throughout the day — without undoing all of your hard work.

SUGGESTED USE: Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and is necessary for tissue building and repair. To reap the benefits we recommend 1 scoop (24.1g) mixed with 300-400mL cold water in a Myprotein shaker and consume before, during and/or after sustained strenuous exercise. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
