4while the pills themselves are a little hard to swallow, and a lot bigger than expected, they are super convenient to take on the go in the car and have right after working out, rather than half an hour later when i get home when it won't be as effective. they don't leave a bad taste in your mouth or powdery residue, give good results too. would definitely reccommend this product if not the powder version as well!Goes Well With:water or any liquid tbh
