Very nice
5I have the vanilla flavour as it can go with most things. I always put it in smoothies or pancakes because the just shaking it up with milk or water doesn't dissolve the powder very well. This doesn't really bother me as I prefer smoothies anyway and because it's a whey powder you can use water not milk with fruit in the smoothie. Goes Well With:Smoothies, pancakes and nicecream.

Keeps me full
4the taste is okay but sometimes the aftertaste is a bit bitter but it’s not major so still okay. it keeps me full even when i usually only take 1 scoop with 250ml of almond milk for lunch. I take this with CLA and I have normal dinner and I usually exercise for 30 minutes around 3 times a week. It’s been helping me lose my weight slowly but I can see those belly rolls disappearing. so i’m very happy!Goes Well With:CLA

Whey
4this product is great and i can already see the results a little just from a week of using it but i can't have it just with water because there is little chunks that don't mix in and the vanilla taste is really strong so its probably the best to have with smoothies etc..Goes Well With:smoothies,pancake etc

Good but has bits
4This is a nice tasting proten powder but there are little bits in the mixture which you cannot get mixed in.

Vanilla Cookie
5I always use this flavour as it's so versatile. I can use it in a smoothie and it will go with anything i put it with from veg to fruit and also great to make you're own protein pancakes. Also good pre/post workout just with water. You don't need to use milk, as long as you don't go overboard with the water it's very creamy.

5This is better for me as a pre and post workout. I used to use it post workout then tried it before my cardio workouts and loved it. Helped me lose weight.Goes Well With:Water and a couple caps of thermopure

5Love it so far flavour is good however am having trouble mixing all of the lumps out... definitely money well spent though
