To reap the benefits of this product we recommend 1 sachet (25.2g) mixed with 300-400mL cold water in a Myprotein shaker and consume before, during and/or after sustained strenuous exercise. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink.
