SUGGESTED USE: To reap the benefits of this product we recommend 1 scoop (27.3g) mixed with 300 to 400mL cold water in a Myprotein shaker. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle and then watch as it gradually clears into a colourful, translucent and refreshing protein drink.
