What better way to start your day than with a stack of delicious, high-protein pancakes? With our Collagen Pancake Mix it’s never been easier to do exactly that — made in a matter of minutes, you can enjoy a breakfast that delivers an impressive 20g of protein.

Add 2 large scoops (50g) to 100ml milk or water and mix together. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add 1/2 batter to the pan and cook (makes 2 pancakes). Full directions and recipe ideas can be found on the Myvitamins website.
