Protein Breadsticks are high protein mini-breadsticks made with extra virgin olive oil, and are a perfect snack to help increase your protein intake when on the go.
These breadsticks are available in two varieties which include whole wheat which is made from whole wheat flour and a classic version made from plain wheat flour. Try these high protein breadsticks as a snack on their own or with other foods such as soup or a variety of dips.
Each 25g serving will provide over 7g protein which will contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. These breadsticks are also low in sugar. The high protein content is sourced from soy protein isolate which makes them suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
