Protein Ready Meals provide around 400 calories per tray and are high in protein and carbohydrates while being low in fat — helping to grow important muscle¹ as well as post-workout recovery.²

They’re ready in as little as two minutes and can be taken to work or while travelling — perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle and macro targets to hit.

Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide only. Microwave: Remove outer sleeve, pierce film lid in several places. Heat on full for 3 minutes 800W, 2 3/4 Minutes 900W. Store in a cool dry place. No need for refrigeration. Do not freeze. If the pack is damaged or leaking do not use. Once opened, use immediately. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Not suitable for vegetarians.
