good preworkout but very strong taste
i've found it's better to dilute this in a lot of water or add protein powder as well as this, as it is a very sickly sweet flavour and a bit uncomfortable to drink at times. it mixes into water well, it's just a matter of the taste of it. i had to re-order this, as last time i didn't shut the opening of the packet properly and it got wet and moist and all formed together into thick doughy clumps and was unusable, so be very careful with making sure it's properly shut!Goes Well With:water, or any other drink to dilute it

As far as pre-workout goes its good. I've never liked the taste of any as it's far too sweet for me. But when mixing it with cold water it's nice! I just don't often get the chance that's all. I normally take 1 scoop but when working legs I tend to take 2. Definitely can feel it. I take it 15 minutes before my workouts and then throughout.Goes Well With:Cold water

Took a while to get used to the taste of Cola, but so happy with the purchase. This preworkout works. I mix myprotein preworkout cola with another preworkout lemon and it gets me through 2 hrs in the gym with no drop in intensity

Cheapest price I could find anywhere for decent brand and reputable site. Tastes like a coke lollipop as a drink, gives a good boost and from what I can tell improves longevity and strength Goes Well With:Creatine monohydrate
