Really disappointed
1Really disappointed with this product, when I got the pre workout the whole preworkout was hard. I have had to continually break up the pre workout with a folk as whole product has hardened up. Unsure if the product is faulty

Packs a punch
5Really great pre-workout to sip on during an intense interval session. Taste gets better with each serving. Leaves me feeling energized long after my session. Goes Well With:Cold water.

Tastes Horrible
1Sorry but this is the worst tasting pre I have ever had. I could not even finish drinking it. After my second mouthful I felt sick and had to stop trying. I ended up getting a scoop of total war from my gym and that tasted great. No way anyone could of approved this flavour its disgusting

Its alright
3it's a decent pre-workout for beginners however the 14-gram serving size makes you think there's more in it than there actually is, the creatine is unnecessary and won't do anything at 3 grams which is just filler. blue razz just tastes horrible and like chemicals and doesnt settle well. medium stim but not great focus or pump.Goes Well With:it does go well with the pump product if you take them both

Good pre stim
4This has the best taste out of all the pre stims i have tried, it has an aftertaste that i actually enjoyed. It was very easy to mix.Goes Well With:Cold water

Good pump, great energy and minimal crash
4Smell is a bit average but taste is on point, happily sip away at this before my workout on the way to the gym, feels great after having it and makes for a good workout.Goes Well With:Cold Water

Good Stuff
4Long lasting energy boost that kept me pumped throughout my whole workout. Downside is the flavour because it didn't taste like Cola and there was a funky after taste. Other than that, highly effective pre-workout.Goes Well With:Water

Excellent medium stim pre
5The Pre is an excellent medium stim formula that gives a long lasting energy boost without any post workout crash. The medium level of caffeine suit me as I'm fairly sensitive. Tastes ok (Cola). Recommended as an excellent value for money effective pre.
